Philippe Denoix began his career in the automotive industry (General Motors), where he held various positions in production and in the management of several sites in France and Poland over a period of 17 years. He holds a technical master's degree, supplemented by a management diploma from Kettering University (Flint, USA) and an MBA from ESCP Paris.
His career continued at Thorn Lighting, part of the Zumtobel group (manufacturer of lighting systems), where he spent 7 years as Industrial Director and Site Manager. After a short period in an industrial glassworks as General Manager, Philippe joined Novacel in 2008 as Industrial Director and Site Manager at Déville-Lès-Rouen.
In 2015, Philippe became Deputy Managing Director at Becker Industrie, a manufacturer of industrial coil coating. In 2017, he joined Novacel as Managing Director, then the Chargeurs Group as Director of Industrial and Logistics Performance, before becoming Managing Director of the Novacel division.
