Group Corporate Secretary Deputy CEO, Organisation, Talent and Sustainable Transformation

As Chargeurs' Corporate Secretary, Joëlle Fabre-Hoffmeister is in charge of Human Resources and Internal Communications, and oversees the activities of the Group's Legal and Tax Departments. In liaison with the Group Finance Department, she oversees the Group's risk management policy and the definition of the Chargeurs value and sustainable development model.

A graduate of ISG, Joëlle Fabre-Hoffmeister joined Aéroports de Paris (ADP) in 1987 after a career in banking. She initially supported the development of the Group's international activities, contributing to numerous airport design and operation projects abroad (Mexico, China, Madagascar, etc.), as well as developing training programmes for the management teams and staff of these hubs.

In 2005, when Aéroports de Paris was transformed into a public limited company, she set up a Management Institute to support a managerial transformation programme, before taking on various responsibilities in the field of human resources development (strategy/organisation, forward-looking employment and skills management (=GPEC), training). In charge of managing cross-functional projects, she contributed in particular to the overhaul of purchasing and sales administration processes.
Since 2015, and before joining the Chargeurs Group at the end of 2016, Joëlle Fabre-Hoffmeister was head of the University of Service, responsible for promoting a service culture within the ADP Group and the airport community that matches the ambition displayed by the new brand, launched in April 2016, "Paris Aéroport".
