\"Laini\u00e8re Sant\u00e9\u2122 is the result of great cohesion between the Group's various subsidiaries, with each of them making its own contribution, whether in the mask reception, quality control, packaging or order preparation phases.<\/p>\n
Personally, I'm in charge of the day-to-day management of the teams dedicated to the Masques business, as well as administrative follow-up (stock movements, invoicing, etc.). I'm in constant contact with the sales team and the transporters, and I have to make sure that dispatch priorities and express deliveries throughout France are respected. My involvement with the Chargeurs group since 1998 has enabled me to be fully operational and fully involved in this exceptional crisis situation.<\/p>\n

\"First, we had to stop. Confined, but connected, we produced weekly newsletters for our staff and customers, with one aim: to keep in touch.<\/p>\n
And, very quickly, react. Laini\u00e8re Sant\u00e9\u2122 has developed an unprecedented range of masks thanks to strong internal synergies. Our mission: to accompany products to market by thinking finished product, BtoC and online sales. From creating packaging to running social networks and structuring the offering for key accounts, the versatility of the team was key to keeping up with the pace.<\/p>\n
Then, to diversify. Thanks to the synergies put in place, products complementary to masks have emerged, transforming Laini\u00e8re Sant\u00e9\u2122 into a complete solutions provider.\"<\/p>\n

\"To cope with the large commercial flows, Financial Control had to adapt quickly by redefining intra-group flows, duplicating systems and reorganising teams. At the same time, the factory had to produce industrial complexes as a matter of urgency, which meant that management control had to keep a closer eye on stocks and working capital requirements, create supplier files, and so on.<\/p>\n
Our biggest challenge<\/i> During the first few weeks, the focus was on gathering information to make the day-to-day work of operational staff easier, so that finance could be an invisible but very real support in monitoring customer contracts and paying our suppliers on time. Nothing would have been possible without the serious involvement of all the teams.<\/p>\n
